InteGreat Business Management Consultancy Inc. emerged from the visionary aspirations of an HR Practitioner in January 2018, driven by an unwavering passion for Human Resources Management. The founder, affectionately known as Malu Guidote Vargas or MGV, aimed to assist numerous entrepreneurs in establishing or enhancing proficiently managed HR Departments within their businesses.
Facing hurdles in registering the business name with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), MGV turned to prayer for guidance. In response, the divine inspiration of "InteGreat" unfolded—where the capitals of 'I and G' symbolize “I am God”, embodying the vision to put God above all else and to integrate and immerse the Almighty with people and systems within each organization.
Formally established in July 2018, InteGreat envisions becoming the preferred One-Stop HR Shop for Philippine SMEs. Its overarching goal is to empower every SME in the Philippines to realize its business potential by optimizing its HR systems and policies and prioritizing its most valuable asset: its people.
The company's primary mission revolves around furnishing time-tested HR solutions tailored to the workplace. This commitment has led to the development of highly customized human resource solutions addressing each client's unique business requirements. Serving as a comprehensive HR services hub, InteGreat ensures coverage of all essential business needs from organizational development and talent attraction to retention, learning and development, and all the way to ensuring a happy retirement for employees.
Sharing her vision with Apple Diaz and another HR Colleague, has bolstered the IG management team with a pool of HR experts that has merged over 100 years of combined experience in theory and practice. This allows the company to consistently deliver a remarkable return on investment for client companies in every project undertaken.
In its inaugural year, InteGreat made a resounding mark in the HR consultancy sector, securing projects with valued clientele spanning the Retail sector and other industries.
